Sarah C Andersen, author of Sarah's Scribbles, runs a Patreon, and on it there are these fun (and frankly really pretty) monthly wallpapers. I like wallpapers, so I decided to join it. There are 60ish, so about 5 for every month.

I wanted to work these into the wpren system, so I wrote this script to do it. Obviously it would be weird to have the December wallpaper, with snow and christmas theming, in July, so this script, when run, takes an image matching *MONTH*.png in SRC-DIR, and puts it at DST-DIR/index.png, with the idea being that DST-DIR points to some wallpaper directory. This script is not intended to be run manually, and should instead be handled by cronjob or timer unit. I personally run it every 6 hours on my machine.

It should be noted that this only matches files where the month is all-caps and the extension is all-lowercase, be sure to name your files appropriately.

The optional IDENTIFIER argument can be used to override the image pattern. If passed, the script will instead look for files matching *IDENTIFIER*.png.
